General Shipping Policy

CommercialBulbs.com will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for a flat shipping charge of $19.95 for orders under $200. For most orders totaling over $200, shipping costs will be waived. Free shipping is considered dock to dock, and does not include added charges for a liftgate, limited access delivery, etc. Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight and size of the shipment. CommercialBulbs.com may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).

Overwrap Fees of $5 per case will apply to all oversize shipments, and fluorescent and LED tubes. Oversize shipments are predetermined on the website and only apply to heavy or lengthy items which ship in larger boxes, such as fixtures or rough in pans. For items over 4ft. long, $25 will be charged for overwrap + $5 for additional cartons.

For orders under $200, Standard shipping (5 - 8 business days) is $19.95 and Expedited shipping (3 - 4 business days) is $30.

Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable in occurrences where CommercialBulbs.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Any shipments with damage must be reported to Commercial Bulbs within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

CommercialBulbs.com strives to provide our customers with the best shopping experience on the web! Our products are vetted, high quality, and tested, to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 15 days of the invoice date.

To request a return, please contact your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department at (847) 675-3538, or by email - [email protected].

All returns must be pre-approved by CommercialBulbs.com and accompanied by a copy of the RMA form which will be provided upon approval. All returns must be in the original packaging, and in as-new condition. CommercialBulbs will provide a return shipping label, with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. CommercialBulbs.com reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return. All halogen & incandescent bulbs are non-returnable.
